The fabric of the moment!

Made up of two strands of yarn of different tensions, this creates the curled or looped effect, giving the fabric a textured finish. This can be a tight or loose curl, like Teddy from Bute, or a tighter finish like Sienna from Linwood. Two types of synthetic Bouclés are offered from Warwick too, so lot’s of options.

Linwoods textural bouclé fabric combines linen, cotton, and viscose yarns to create a soft and durable fabric with a luxurious feel.

Everest

Warwick’s Poly/Acrylic Bouclé offers a synthetic option to the mix. Available in 14 colours and a high rub count of 60’000 meaning it has longevity for re-upholstery, new made pieces or on any of our custom made furniture. Seen here on a 60’s G-plan style chair we completed in Fern.

A slightly chunkier Bouclé which also includes 10% Cotton to the otherwise Poly blend. A tight 6 colour palette of neutrals and deep grey & black.

Same hard wearing rub count with more of a random fleck in the weave.

Bute’s chunky Bouclé see here in Camouflage - a beautiful 97% Pure New Wool with a 65’000 rub count which ticks the box for heavy duty requirements. This is also suitable for commercial settings as it meets relevant fire regulations due to its inherent nature.
